Coauthor of the research commentary
A Behind the Paper article published by Springer Nature Research Communities.

The question
How can research about trust and aging be made understandable beyond an academic paper?
My contribution
I coauthored a Behind the Paper article explaining how first impressions and actual outcomes can influence trust-related decisions in younger and older adults.
The approach
The article connects the card-task study to everyday trust judgments, explains the comparison between age groups, and describes why conflicting facial cues and outcomes matter.
What came out of it
The published commentary offers an accessible entry point to the research and its implications for understanding vulnerability to deceptive social cues.
